	This field of expertise includes all the statutory aspects of town planning such as rezoning, subdivisions, consolidations, consent uses and the amendment of town planning schemes in general. It includes the statutory aspect surrounding a wide variety of land uses such as shopping centres, entertainment centres, hotels and group housing.

Property Planning
	This field of expertise involves conducting viability studies, creating innovative land use recommendation and drafting site development plans for the development of specific properties. We do our own layouts on Caddie in order to accommodate our client’s needs.

Township Establishment / DFA
	This field of expertise entails the drafting of township layouts and township establishment. It covers low- and high-income residential developments, commercial and industrial developments, as well as informal settlement upgrading.

Deudiligance
	By facilitating the deudiligance process we endeavour to limit the exposure of our clients to the real time costs and associated expenses that might arise in the development process. Development being an ever-changing field very often becomes unmanageable due to exuberant costs that the developer has not budgeted for. We assist in establishing a manageable budget.

Facilitation
	After approval of applications there are several conditions that needs to be complied with. We manage this process and assure timeous completion of all conditions.
